Student Activities    Cornerstone students have the opportunity to participate in many academic and social activities throughout the year, such as academics and fine arts competitions to service projects.

Music Program   Cornerstone Christian School presents two music programs each year. The Christmas Program is in early December and the Spring Program is in April. Friends and family are invited to attend our musical celebrations.

Sports    Cornerstone currently offers Track and Field to our sixth through eighth grade students. The students compete with other area schools. The school anticipates adding other sports very soon.

Family Fun Nights    The Parent Teacher Fellowship offers several evenings during the school year for families to come together and play games and fellowship with each other. Families are invited to participate in a "back to school" picnic and School Night Out at local restaurants.

Academic Activities    Our students proudly represent Cornerstone in several area academic meets. They include the ASCI Spelling Bee, the S.M.A.R.T. Meet (Science, Speech, Music, Math, and Art), and the Trinity Christian School Spring Festival (Speech, Bible and Music).

Field Trips    To enhance the classroom education that students receive at Cornerstone, each student is given the opportunity to participate in classroom field trips. Each field trip is planned to further the education that they are receiving in the classroom. Examples of activites include: the Henry Doorly Zoo, the IMAX theater, the Gifford Farm, the Arbor Day Farm, the Rose Theater and the State Capital in Lincoln.

Cougar Care    After school care is provided at Cornerstone Christian School. It begins at dismissal and continues to 5:30 pm. Students in Cougar Care have diverse experiences in activities. These include homework enrichment, physical activity, arts, and computer instruction.
